Anne was a special friend for both Jenny and myself. We met her soon after she met John and since then we have enjoyed very many weekends in Camden and Warwick. As others have said, she was talented, creative and very engaging company. She had a real skill in organising spectacular get-togethers abroad - a long December weekend in a very cold St. Petersburg for John’s 60th and ten years later a long weekend in a cold Venice; in between, her own 60th in Ireland was a truly not-to-be-forgotten party – not to mention, memorable times in Corsica, Northern Ireland and , not too long ago in Pembrokeshire. The last few months have been dreadfully sad for all those of us who knew her, but the memories she created will never leave us. Martin and Jenny
